Team Hope’s Christmas Shoebox Appeal is an annual campaign that delivers gifts straight into the hands of children affected by poverty. Often these shoebox gifts are the only gifts that a child will receive at Christmas and the joy that they bring is incredible.Shoeboxes are given to children, aged 2-14 years, in countries in Africa and Eastern Europe. We were delighted to participate in this worthy appeal again this year whereby all our families filled a shoebox full of cherished items for children. Such items included a scarf and woolly hat to keep the cold at bay to pencils and notebooks to begin a child's education. We hope that every child will experience the joy of Christmas this year.
