On Friday 14th June, our ‘Sport’s Day’ provided pupils with the chance to showcase their athletic skills and competitive nature. The pupils competed against each other in activities such as the long jump, relay race and 100 and 200m races. As usual there was much craic and a little cheating in the fun activities such as the sack race, three legged race and the egg and spoon race. A fabulous if a little damp day was had by all. A huge thank you to all the parents wo braved the elements to support and encourage their children in all the races. Unfortunately the wet weather led to the parent's race being cancelled, however there is always next year!
