My name is Noah
And I am nine,
I am in isolation with my family
because of Covid One Nine.

Every morning on the dot of nine,
Joe Wicks comes on the TV
It’s PE time.
✨
Having Cerebral Palsy
Makes my muscles tight,
So Joe’s my new physio and helps
me to stretch my muscles out.
✨
I sometimes don’t feel like
taking part,
But I join in with my family
It’s a team effort from the start.
✨
PE can be tough, but also fun,
And I feel so much better when I have it done.
We all hi five and say well done,
Thank you Joe Wicks for helping us get fit
while having some fun.
