Continuing on from our recent successful achievement of the ‘Active School Flag’ the schools’ ‘Active Week’ took place from Monday 12th June to Friday 16th June. It included a fabulous range of activities, which were thoroughly enjoyed by all. On Monday the pupils explored the underground labyrinth of the Marble Arch Caves followed by an enjoyable afternoon at the playground in Enniskillen. Tuesday was filled with an array of activities at the Peace Link Centre which concluded with a nerf gun fight! On Wednesday we jumped on our bicycles and cycled to Peter’s shop where ice cream was enjoyed by all. Many thanks to Peter Conlon for making us feel very welcome and providing ice cream and drinks to all pupils and staff. On Thursday, Pat McCabe taught the pupils new soccer skills and refereed some very exciting matches. The week culminated in the annual ‘Sports Day’ in which both pupils and parents enjoyed a selection of competitive games and fun filled activities. C
